The applicant is requesting a Modification of Requirements for an off-site parking agreement that would provide staff parking for a new business with an Indoor Recreation, Private use located at 419C Maple Avenue E.
Attachment 1 is the Staff Report, which provides a description of the request, project background, site context, applicable regulations, and staff evaluation. The other attachments, which are enumerated in Attachment 1, provide supporting materials, including the formal application, site plans, and relevant regulatory provisions.

"I move to recommend that the Town Council approve the requested Modification of Requirements to approve an off-site parking agreement pursuant to Section 18-530 at 419-427 Maple Ave E, in the AE Avenue East zoning district, described as tax map parcel 0382 10 B. I further move to recommend that the Town Council approve the request to extend the parking agreement for future by-right tenants pursuant to Sections 18-830.1.H and 18-531.”
