EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY:
Historic Vienna, Incorporated has requested changing the wording "from prior to 1900" to "at least 100 years old" in Section 25-8 - Presumptive qualification for registration for historic structures, sites and places in the Town Code. Anne Stuntz, president of Historic Vienna Inc., spoke to HVI's request for changing the wording for the ordinance. There were no public comments made at the council meeting.
