EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY:
Request:

The Department of Public Works (DPW) requests that the Vienna Town Council authorize spending $363,500.00 with Sagres Construction Corporation for construction of a Robinson Trust Sidewalk Project on the south side (odd numbered addresses) of Kingsley Road, SE from De Sale Street to Park Street.

This amount includes 15% contingency for increased quantities and unforeseen conditions. Funding for the project is from two funding sources: $199,000 for construction of the new curb and gutter will be funded from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and $164,500 for the sidewalk portion of the project will be funded by the Robinson Trust.
