Recommended Action

Decision Points for the Windover Heights Board of Review

The Windover Heights Board of Review is tasked with providing a recommendation regarding the necessity of these public improvements to Town Council for a final decision.

The Board has the option of considering the following recommendations:

• Option 1: Recommending the installation of the Town’s standard public    improvements, including frontage improvements and sidewalks,

• Option 2: Recommending that the owner work with the Town’s Department of Public Works to determine where some frontage improvements may be completed to meet the goals of the Town’s policies on these improvements,

• Option 3: Recommending that no public improvements, including frontage improvements or sidewalks, be constructed on this property at this time, OR,

• Option 4: Other recommendation.
