7:45 p.m. - 8:15 p.m. - Overview of Dominion Energy's Clark-Idylwood Electric Transmission Reconductor Project along the W&OD Trail.

BACKGROUND SUMMARY:
Dominion is preparing to replace the wires, or reconductor, on a four-mile transmission line between the Clark and Idylwood substations. Preliminary / Preparation work will start in July, and the pulling of the new lines will start in November after Election Day. To protect the public's safety, trail traffic must be rerouted while we replace the wire or conductor on this transmission line. The detour of the trail will take place in November for two weeks but will be open on the weekends.
