EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY:
Each year, the Town’s proposed operating budget for the coming fiscal year is presented by the Town Manager and reviewed during conference sessions by the Town Council. This public hearing is requested to give Vienna residents an opportunity to provide public comment.
Departmental Recommendation: Recommend setting a public hearing for April 10, 2023 regarding the FY2023-24 operating budget.
Finance Recommendation: Recommend setting a public hearing for April 10, 2023 regarding the FY2023-24 operating budget.
Purchasing Recommendation: N/A
Town Attorney Recommendation: Pursuant to the Virginia State and Town Codes, the Town Attorney recommends setting a public hearing on the proposed Town budget.
Town Manager's Recommendation: I recommend the Town Council set a public hearing for April 10, 2023 regarding the FY 2023-2024 operating budget, as presented.
