Recommendation to Board of Zoning Appeals for a Conditional Use Permit for a series of governmental and public outdoor parks and recreational uses for the property located at 301 Center Street South, zoned RS-10 (Single-Unit Residential, 10,000 sq. ft.).
Body
The Town Council has directed staff to process an application for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for the Town-owned property at 301 Center Street South. The CUP is considered to be "interim" in the sense that it will address activities that would be permitted during the period until a long-term use has been determined and developed on the site.

Attachment 1 is the Staff Memorandum, which provides details on the application, the proposed uses, and the potential conditions that would be placed on those uses. Other attachments are described in Attachment 1 and help to explain the proposal.

The Planning Commission's role is make a recommendation to the Board of Zoning Appeals regarding the proposed uses and conditions.
