This is the second of two items being brought to the Planning Commission for the October 9, 2024, meeting. The first item covered whether the proposed project is in substantial accord with the Town of Vienna Comprehensive Plan. This item covers two requests from Fairfax County:
1) Modifications of Requirements, for front and rear setbacks, loading space, and tree canopy coverage, and
2) The proposed landscape plans.
Attachment 1 provides a more-detailed discussion of the overall project, the context for these requests, and discussion of them. Attachments provide supporting materials.
