Body

The applicant requests a recommendation from the Planning Commission to the Town Council to support their application to rezone 128 Nutley Street NW from the Residential - Single-Unit, 12,500 sq. ft. Zone (RS-12.5) to the Residential - Multi-Unit Zone (RMU). If approved, the applicant proposes to demolish the existing single-family detached residence and accessory buildings and then construct nine townhouse units.

 

The staff report (Attachment 1) provides more detail on the application, including discussing the other attachments in the packet.

 

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

The staff report provides analysis related to this application. In considering the motion to offer, staff recommends considering both 1) conformance with the Comprehensive Plan, and 2) the site-specific conditions. Such considerations may be included in the motion or as additional discussion in the recommendation memorandum.
