EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY:
This project proposes to add sidewalk, curb, gutter, and drainage/stormwater infrastructure along both sides of Glen Avenue, SW from Courthouse Road, SW to Liberty Lane, SW. The contract includes public engagement meetings to review and discuss project design elements with the community.
The Department of Public Works requests approval to use Urban, LTD to provide engineering services for the survey and project design utilizing on-call contract RFP 19-01 in the amount of $142,450.

Town Attorney Recommendation: The Town has an engineering service contract for the proposed survey and project design and the Town Council may approve the proposed expenditure of funds in its discretion.
