EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY: Set a public hearing on Dec. 8, 2025, to receive public input on proposed changes to Town Code 10-20.1 Noise, that would limit the number of lawn care/landscaping equipment being used during certain hours and add federal holidays to the restrictions on noise when working for remuneration or profit.
Departmental Recommendation: Receive citizen input at a public hearing on Dec. 8, 2025.
