EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY:
The services covered by this contract include annual maintenance, support, and upgrades for agenda management, boards and commissions module, and video streaming and archiving of Town Council meetings.
Departmental Recommendation: Recommend approval.
Finance Recommendation: Recommend approval.
Purchasing Recommendation: Recommend approval.
Town Attorney Recommendation: The Town may renew its contract with Granicus, Inc. for its legacy agenda management suite or solicit bids in the discretion of Town Council.
Town Manager's Recommendation: I recommend Town Council approve the appropriation of the proposed amount for the annual maintenance contract with Granicus, Inc.
