EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY: 

 

This is the first of two budget work sessions where Council will review the Town Manager’s Fiscal Year 2026-27 proposed budget by fund and department. The budget has been shared with Councilmembers and posted on the Town’s website in advance of these work sessions. The second session is scheduled for March 16, 2026.  The departmental review schedule is also attached.
