This discussion will clarify what the majority of Town Council expects from Town Staff when one, two or three Town Council members ask Town Staff to follow up with an idea expressed in a work session. Currently, it takes four Town Council members to agree in order for Town Staff to take action. For the most part, this has to do with Town Staff doing research to gather more information.
