The applicant, Catherine Sircy of Strike 3 LLC, is requesting a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to relocate an existing softball training business, Colby Fastpitch, from 514 Mill Street NE to 512 Mill Street NE within the same building. The proposed use falls under the new “Specialized Instruction” category per the Town of Vienna Zoning Ordinance, effective January 1, 2024.
No exterior changes to the site or building are proposed. The applicant meets all applicable use-specific standards outlined in §18-345 of the Zoning Ordinance, and staff finds the request consistent with the Mill District zoning, the Town’s Comprehensive Plan, and all Conditions for Approval in §18-824.3.
