Of the Town Code, for a Club or Service Organization, Governmental Uses, Outdoor Recreational Uses, Private, Outdoor Parks and Recreational Uses, Public, and School, Elementary, Middle and High, for the property, know as “The Annex”, located at 301 Center Street South, owned by the Town of Vienna, to be managed by the Department of Parks and Recreation., with the following conditions… ”
