"After finding the proposed use will not adversely affect the health or safety of persons residing or working in the neighborhood of the proposed use, will not be detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to property or improvements in the neighborhood, and will be in accord with the Town’s Comprehensive Plan, I move to approve the requested conditional use permit for renovation and expansion of Louise Archer Elementary School, which is to include the temporary modular classrooms proposed during construction, located at 324 Nutley Street NW, in the RS-12.5 Single-Family Detached Residential Zoning District."
