EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY:
As part of the budgeting process, water and sewer rates are reviewed each year as components of the water and sewer enterprise fund. This request is to set a public hearing to provide residents with an opportunity to give input on the proposed FY2026-27 water and sewer rates.
Departmental Recommendation: Recommend a public hearing on the FY 2026-27 Proposed Water and Sewer Rates.
Finance Recommendation: Recommend a public hearing on the FY 2026-27 Proposed Water and Sewer Rates.
Purchasing Recommendation: N/A
Town Attorney Recommendation: In accordance with state and Town Code provisions, the Town Council may set a public hearing to receive public input on the proposed water and sewer rates in its discretion.
Town Manager's Recommendation: I recommend the Town Council set a public hearing for April 6, 2026, as presented.
