Request approval of MOU between the Town of Vienna and Vienna Business Association for 2018 Oktoberfest.

EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY:
The Town of Vienna and Vienna Business Association are continuing the very popular Oktoberfest event on Church Street. Each year an MOU is required between the Town and Vienna Business Association for the annual event. This year’s event is scheduled for Saturday, October 6.
The only change made to this year’s contract as compared to last year’s is the inclusion of wine in the description of the beer and wine garden.
Departmental Recommendation:
The Parks and Recreation director recommends approval of the MOU between the Town of Vienna and Vienna Business Association.
Finance Recommendation: Recommend approval.
Purchasing Recommendation: N/A
Town Attorney Recommendation: Town Council may approve the proposed MOU with the Vienna Business Association in its discretion.
Town Manager's Recommendation: I recommend the Town Council authorize the Mayor to execute an MOU between the Town and Vienna Business Association for the 2018 Oktoberfest, as presented.
