Review progress of the Police Department project with Dewberry and Project Manager.

BACKGROUND SUMMARY:
The Police Department is in the design development phase and the project team would like to review the project with the Town Council for input.
OVERVIEW:
The Police Department has continued working with Project Manager Downey and Scott and Dewberry on the planning of a new police facility. The project is currently in the design development phase with the most recent design presented to the BAR on a September 27, 2019 work session.
SUMMARY/STAFF IMPRESSIONS:
Staff feels the project is moving forward on schedule and significant progress has been made.

The purpose of this Council Work session is for Council to be informed of the progress of the project and for Council’s input on the design.
