January meeting with Church/Mill/Dominion business owners

EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY:
The TBLC and EDD are to host a meeting with Church, Mill, and Dominion Business owners on January 13, 2026 at 7 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to proactively plan for events in the year ahead. This will include highlighting the calendar of events throughout the year that might cause road closures in the area and ways to get involved. Staff will lead a brainstorming session on how business owners can creatively activate their storefronts. Staff to highlight changes in the past year since the last Church Street-area business meeting.
