Grounds Maintenance and License Agreement Between the Town of Vienna and Navy Federal Credit Union

EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY: Navy Federal Credit Union owns the properties located at 901 Follin Lane, SE, and 1007 Electric Avenue. The Properties are separated from each other and from the W&OD Trail by land that is owned by the Town and shown in Exhibit A of the attached Maintenance and License Agreement.
Navy Federal Credit Union wishes to perform ground maintenance tasks on the Town property such as trash pickup; stick, limb, down tree removal; invasive species removal; dead animal removal; lawncare; and snow removal from sidewalks and paths.
Town Council approval is requested to enter into this agreement, authorize Navy Federal Credit Union to perform maintenance activities as described in the agreement, and grant and convey ingress, egress, and access to Navy Federal as provided in the attached Maintenance and License Agreement.
The Departments of Parks and Recreation and Public Works concur with this agreement.
