Town Attorney: Steven D. Briglia
Town Clerk: Melanie J. Clark
Town Treasurer: Marion Serfass
Departmental Recommendation: Recommend appointments.
Finance Recommendation: N/A
Purchasing Recommendation: N/A
Town Attorney Recommendation: The Town Council may re-appoint the proposed Town Charter officials in its discretion.
Town Manager's Recommendation: I recommend the Town Council make the re-appointments, as presented in this agenda item.

"I move to re-appoint the following Town Appointed Officers for Fiscal Year 2024-25:
Mercury T. Payton, Town Manager, pursuant to a contractual agreement; and
Steven D. Briglia as Town Attorney, pursuant to a contractual agreement between the Town of Vienna and Steven D. Briglia for legal and prosecuting services; and
Melanie J. Clark as Town Clerk; and Marion Serfass as Town Treasurer."
