Recommend approval to the Town Council on the proposed zoning ordinance amendments to Sections 95.1, 95.3, 95.4 (with the exception of maximum densities established for number of multi-family dwellings), 95.9, and 95.14 of Article 13.1 - MAC Maple Avenue Commercial Zone Regulations of Chapter 18 of the Town Code for best zoning practices.
