9:55 p.m. - 10:25 p.m. Windover Heights Board of Review Annual Report

OVERVIEW:
This year, the Town Council has initiated an annual cycle of holding work sessions with Vienna’s appointed boards and commissions. The Windover Heights Board of Review (WHBR) is the second of these boards to be scheduled.
In attendance, and presenting, will be Theresa Bachmann, WHBR Chair. Also in attendance will be Kelly O’Brien, Deputy Director and staff liaison from the Department of Planning and Zoning. Other members of the WHBR may also attend.
Attachment 1 is an Annual Report of the WHBR. It provides information regarding the membership of the Board; the Board’s normal activities during Fiscal Year 2024, which was from July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024; and about special projects that resulted in Board recommendations. Ms. Bachmann will discuss the report and be available to answer questions from the Town Council, as will staff.
