EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY:
These contracts are for providing on-call engineering design services to the Town for a period of one (1) year with possible renewals for an additional four (4) years, in one (1) year increments. Purchasing received twelve (12) proposals for the subject RFP.
As a result of an evaluation process and negotiations staff reached an agreement with the following three consultants; and therefore, the Department of Public Works recommends approval of the on-call contract to:
