EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY:
Each year a real estate tax rate is recommended as part of the Town Manager’s proposed budget. This request is to set a public hearing for April 27, 2020 in order to provide for public input on the proposed real estate tax rate for fiscal year 2020-21.

Departmental Recommendation: Recommend setting a public hearing for April 27, 2020 regarding the fiscal year 2020-21 real estate tax rate.

Town Attorney Recommendation: The Town Attorney recommends that a public hearing be set for public input on the proposed FY20-21 real estate tax rate.
