The following Town Officials are presented for consideration of re-appointment for Fiscal Year 2015-2016:
Town Manager: Mercury T. Payton
Town Attorney: Steven D. Briglia
Town Clerk: Melanie J. Clark
Town Treasurer: Karen Spence
Departmental Recommendation: Recommend appointments.

Purchasing Recommendation:
Town Attorney Recommendation: The Town Charter, Section 4.7, requires the Town Council to appoint a Town Manager, Town Clerk, Town Treasurer and Town Attorney. The Town Council may appoint the proposed Town Officials in its discretion.
Town Manager's Recommendation: I recommend the Town Council re-appoint the Town Appointed Official as presented.

Recommended Action
"I move for the re-appointment of the following Town Appointed Officers for Fiscal Year 2015-2016:
Mercury T. Payton, Town Manager, pursuant to a contractual agreement; and
Steven D. Briglia as Town Attorney, pursuant to contractual agreements between the Town of Vienna and Steven D. Briglia for legal and prosecuting services; and
Melanie J. Clark as Town Clerk; and
Karen Spence as Town Treasurer."
