EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY:
Pursuant to the Town’s legal services contract with the Town Attorney, the Town Attorney may submit requests for supplemental legal fees for legal services provided in fiscal year 2014/2015 and not covered by the legal service contract. Such fees include supplemental specific legal services requested by the Town and appeals of misdemeanors and traffic offenses to the Circuit Court and other in court litigation matters. Supplemental fees are charged at the contractual rate of $195.00.
