Request Approval of MOU between the Town Of Vienna and the Vienna Business Association for First Night 2015-16.

EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY:
Each year the Town and the Vienna Business association partner to hold Vienna First Night. This will be the third year. No changes to the MOU are requested at this time.
Departmental Recommendation: Recommend approval and to authorize the Mayor to sign.
Finance Recommendation: Recommend approval.
Purchasing Recommendation: N/A
Town Attorney Recommendation: The Town Council may approve the proposed MOU between the Town and the Vienna Business Association in its discretion.
Town Manager's Recommendation: I recommend the Town Council authorize the Mayor to execute the MOU between the Town and the Vienna Business Association for Vienna First Night as presented.
