Increase funds to the Vienna Community Center renovation and expansion project

EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY:
The proposed $287,200 expenditure will be used to address design and construction costs necessary to continued progress on the Vienna Community Center renovation and expansion project. These costs have been accounted for in funds approved during the February 22, 2016 Town Council Meeting.
Departmental Recommendation: Recommend approval.
Finance Recommendation: Recommend approval.
Purchasing Recommendation: N/A
Town Attorney Recommendation: Town Council may approve the proposed contract modification and expenditure of funds in its discretion.
Town Manager's Recommendation: I recommend the Town Council increase the Vienna Community Center construction contract with Keller Brothers as presented.
