Water main break contracted asphalt repairs.

EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY:
Currently two out-of-Town locations require extensive asphalt patching after water main breaks. One is Cottage Street between Marymount Lane and Bucknell Drive. The other is the 9700 block of Counsellor Drive. These jobs are too large to be completed by Town crews, and we recommend work be done by our asphalt patching contractor, Espina Paving, utilizing IFB 15-07.
Departmental Recommendation: Recommend approval.
Finance Recommendation: Budget availability. Recommend approval.
Purchasing Recommendation: Contract IFB 15-07 is current. Recommend approval.
Town Attorney Recommendation: The Town has a contract for the proposed asphalt repairs, and Town Council may approve the expenditure of funds in its discretion.
Town Manager's Recommendation: I recommend the Town Council to approve a contract for asphalt repair at Cottage Street and Counsellor Drive with Espina Paving as presented.
