BACKGROUND SUMMARY:
The Town Council will have a general discussion on procedures for proffers.
OVERVIEW:
The Town Attorney and the Director of Planning and Zoning will provide the Town Council with information regarding the proffers process. Suggested methodology for evaluating the impact of proposed rezoning will be discussed.
SUMMARY/STAFF IMPRESSIONS:
With the recent General Assembly action on proffers in the State, this is a good time to have a discussion regarding how proffers may be used going forward and how site plan conditions and impacts are addressed by the MAC Ordinance and proffers.

Any action that the Town Council wants to advance based on recommendations from the Town Attorney and Director of Planning and Zoning
