Request approval of a revised MOU between the Town of Vienna and Vienna Business Association for 2016 Oktoberfest.

EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY:
Staff came before Town Council at the July 11, 2016 Council meeting to request approval of the MOU between the Town of Vienna and Vienna Business Association to hold the annual Oktoberfest October 1. The Vienna Business Association has since made a revision to the MOU to extend beer sales for the duration of the event, from 11 am to 7 pm.
Departmental Recommendation: The Parks and Recreation Director recommends approval of the revised MOU between the Town of Vienna and Vienna Business Association.
Finance Recommendation: N/A
Purchasing Recommendation: N/A
Town Attorney Recommendation: Town Council may approve the proposed amended MOU in its discretion. Any sale of alcohol is regulated by the Virginia ABC.
Town Manager's Recommendation: I recommend that Town Council authorize the Mayor to execute the attached revised MOU between the Town and Vienna Business Association as presented.
