DPW requests to award IFB 17-04 to National Asphalt for Cold Mix, Tack, and Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP).
Bids were received from one vendor for the subject IFB. The bid was received from National Asphalt, of Merrifield, VA, for a total of $89,700.
