EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY:
Town Council meetings, work sessions, and budget-related dates have been established for 2017. These dates, once approved, will become part of the 2017 Town Calendar.
Departmental Recommendation: The Public Information Office recommends approval.
Finance Recommendation: The Budget dates on the calendar are per our discussion. Recommend approval.
Purchasing Recommendation: N/A
Town Attorney Recommendation: The Town Council should set its annual calendar by resolution on dates and times in accordance with the Town Charter.
Town Manager's Recommendation: I recommend the Town Council approve 2017 dates for the Town Council meetings, work sessions and budget related dates as presented.
