EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY:
The Department of Public Works requests permission to increase current PO 20170102 with Meridian Enterprise Office Solutions from $19,500 to $39,358 for scanning and digitizing services, riding Fairfax County contract #4400003990, expiring 6/30/17. Funds for this additional expenditure of $19,858 will come from Public Works Administration consultant services account ($6,000) and Water Division contracts/services account ($13,858).
Departmental Recommendation: Recommend approval.
Finance Recommendation: Recommend approval.
Purchasing Recommendation: The Fairfax County contract is current and rideable.
Town Attorney Recommendation: The Town may ride the contract for the proposed scanning services, and Town Council may approve the proposed expenditure in its discretion.
