EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY:
The services covered by this contract include annual maintenance, support, and upgrades for agenda management, boards and commissions module, and video streaming and archiving for Town Council meetings.
The total cost due to Granicus, Inc. is not to exceed $28,860 for FY18.
Departmental Recommendation: Recommend approval.

Town Attorney Recommendation: Town Council may approve expenditure of funds under the Town’s contract with Granicus, Inc., for annual maintenance, support, and upgrades for agenda management, boards and commission’s module, and video streaming and archiving for Town Council meetings in the discretion of Town Council.
Town Manager's Recommendation: I recommend the Town Council approve utilization of funds with Granicus, Inc. as presented.
