EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY:
The Town Council has requested the adoption of a policy on electronic participation of members of the Town Council. The Virginia State Code sets for the circumstances where members may participate at a public meeting electronically. The proposed Resolution is drafted in accordance with the State Code Section 2.2-3708.1.
