EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY:
Jerome A. Covel requests an extension of the performance bond for public improvements, in accordance with Vienna Code Sec. 17-65, associated with the Andrew Minor subdivision located at 130 Pleasant Street NE. The current bond was reduced on September 25, 2017.
DPW recommends that the bond be extended for an additional 18 months so that the remainder of public improvements can be completed.

Town Attorney Recommendation: Town Council may grant an extension for completion of subdivision public improvements in its discretion.
