EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY:
With the re-opening of the Vienna Community Center, Town Council must re-designate it as polling place for Town of Vienna local elections.
Departmental Recommendation: Recommend approval.

Town Attorney Recommendation: Town Council may direct the Town Clerk to advertise the Notice of Intent to Adopt the proposed ordinance restoring the Town’s local elections’ polling place to the Community Center in its discretion.
Town Manager's Recommendation: I recommend the Town Council amend Chapter two of the Town Code as presented.
