EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY:
Each year, the upcoming year’s Town operating budget is presented by the Town Manager and reviewed during work sessions by Town Council. This public hearing is requested to give Vienna residents an opportunity for public comment.
Departmental Recommendation: Recommend setting a public hearing on April 9, 2018 regarding the Fiscal Year 2018-19 operating budget.
Finance Recommendation: Recommend setting a public hearing on April 9, 2018 regarding the Fiscal Year 2018-19 operating budget.
Purchasing Recommendation: N/A
Town Attorney Recommendation: In accordance with state and Town codes, the Town Attorney recommends setting a public hearing on the proposed FY18-19 Town budget.
Town Manager's Recommendation: I recommend the Town Council set a public hearing on April 9, 2018 regarding the FY 2018-19 operating budget as presented.
