Fiscal Year 2018-19 Proposed Budget Work Session

BACKGROUND SUMMARY:
This is the first of two budget work sessions at which Council will review and discuss, by each fund and department, the Town Manager’s FY2018-19 Proposed Budget. The proposed budget has been provided to the Mayor and Councilmembers and posted to the Town’s website. The second Budget Work session is set for March 19. There is also the potential for a third work session on April 16 if needed. The departmental schedule is attached.
OVERVIEW:
The two budget work sessions for Council review and discussion of the Fiscal Year 2018-19 Proposed Budget are set for March 17 and 19. A third budget work session is planned for April 16 if needed.
