BACKGROUND SUMMARY:
This is the second of two budget work sessions at which Council will review and discuss, by each fund and department, the Town Manager’s FY 2018-19 Proposed Budget. The proposed budget has been provided to the Mayor and Councilmembers and posted to the Town’s website. A possible third work session will be scheduled for April 16 if necessary. The departmental schedule is attached.
OVERVIEW:
The two budget work sessions for Council review and discussion of the Fiscal Year 2018-19 Proposed Budget are set for March 17 and 19.

The Finance Department recommends review and discussion of the Town Manager’s FY 2018-19 Proposed Budget.
