EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY:
Twice in 2017, the Police Department conducted parking studies on Patrick Street SW. Both times the studies showed that the non-resident parking on Patrick Street was not sufficient to reach the threshold for permit parking as established by Town Code.
However, when just the 100 Block of Patrick Street SW was considered, threshold numbers were met several days.

Town Attorney Recommendation: Town Council may set a public hearing to receive public input on the proposed residential permit parking in its discretion.
