EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY:
DPW is requesting to utilize Urban Ltd for the Lawyers and Church Roundabout Study. The Project will consist of the Civil Engineering and Traffic Engineering and related work.
Attached is a proposal and scope of work from Urban, Ltd, per the terms and conditions of RFP 13-05, in the amount of $27,895.00.
Departmental Recommendation: Recommend approval
Finance Recommendation: Recommend approval.
Purchasing Recommendation: Recommend approval.
Town Attorney Recommendation: The Town has an engineering services contract with Urban Ltd. and the Town Council may authorize the expenditure of funds in its discretion.
Town Manager's Recommendation: I recommend the Town Council award an engineering services contract to Urban Ltd for the Lawyers and Church Roundabout Study as presented.
