EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY:
The Department of Public Works requests additional FY19 spending with Broad Run Recycling LLC in the amount of $45,000 utilizing IFB 17-09 for construction and demolition debris disposal. The Water and Sewer Department has depleted its original allocated budget for land fill disposal fees and projects additional spending will be necessary through the fiscal year to cover land costs associated with water main maintenance and repairs.
