BACKGROUND SUMMARY:
This is the first of two budget work sessions at which Council will review and discuss, by each fund and department, the Town Manager’s FY 2019-20 proposed budget. The proposed budget has been provided to Councilmembers and posted to the Town’s website. The second budget work session is set for March 18, 2019. A third work budget session is scheduled for April 22, 2019 if needed. The departmental schedule is attached.
OVERVIEW:
Two budget work sessions for Council’s review and discussion of the fiscal year 2019-20 proposed budget are set for March 16 and 18, 2019. A third budget work session is planned for April 22, 2019 if needed.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Finance Department recommends review and discussion of the Town Manager’s FY 2019-20 proposed budget.
