EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY

 

The Board of Architectural Review made a recommendation to Town Council regarding compliance with requirements of Article 13.1 of the Town Code at its February 17, 2019 regular meeting.

 

In accordance with Article 24 of the Town Code, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on this rezoning application March 27, 2019.
