EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY:
The Board of Architectural Review made a recommendation to Town Council regarding compliance with requirements of Article 13.1 of the Town Code at its February 21, 2019 regular meeting.
In accordance with Article 24 of the Town Code, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on this rezoning application April 24, 2019.
Departmental Recommendation:
Recommend setting a public hearing on June 3, 2019 regarding rezoning of 100 to 112 Maple Avenue E from C-2 General Commercial and C-1A Special Commercial zoning districts to Maple Avenue Commercial (MAC) Zone for a proposed mixed-use development of an assisted living facility and retail space.
